1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. The Somatic Arts and Sciences Institute does not offer refunds for any courses or digital products.
By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that:
- You are receiving immediate access to digital educational content
- You have the ability to review course materials during your access period
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
2. Reasons Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Failure to complete a course
- Dissatisfaction with course content
- Change in personal or professional circumstances
- Lack of time to complete the course
- Technical issues not caused by SASI
- Denial of continuing education credit by any state board, licensing agency, or employer
3. Continuing Education Responsibility
It is the responsibility of each student to verify that a course meets the requirements of their state licensing board or regulatory authority prior to enrollment.
The Somatic Arts and Sciences Institute makes no guarantees regarding acceptance of courses for continuing education credit.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By enrolling in a course, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution.
In the event of a chargeback or dispute:
- Access to the course may be suspended immediately
- We reserve the right to provide proof of access, course materials, and acceptance of this policy to payment processors
- You remain responsible for the full purchase amount
5. Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law.
